OrderAn order denotes a task or service that necessitates fulfilment. It may involve either the pickup and delivery of an item between locations or the completion of a service request at a specific place.
DispatchA dispatch refers to a task or a set of tasks that needs to be completed. The Dispatch is assigned to a rider or riders along with the vehicles. 
TeamA Team is a collection of resources working towards a shared goal. A team typically consists of users, riders, facilities, and vehicles. All the orders are assigned to a team so the resources in the team can help fulfil the order. 
FacilityA facility refers to a physical location used for various operational purposes within the supply chain and distribution network. It can be a store, shop, warehouse, distribution centre, fulfilment centre, cross-docking facility, manufacturing plant, or any other establishment involved in the storage, handling, processing, or distribution of goods. 
Vehicle ModelA vehicle model refers to a predefined representation or specification of a particular type or configuration of a vehicle. It serves as a reference for identifying and categorizing vehicles based on their characteristics, capabilities, and attributes within DispatchOne.
VehicleA vehicle refers to a mode of transportation that is used for the movement of goods, materials, or people within the supply chain.
Driver/RiderA rider/driver, created as a user in DispatchOne, plays a crucial role in order fulfilment. These individuals utilize the Driver App (available on Android or iOS) to carry out assigned tasks efficiently.
Business OwnerOn DispatchOne, a Business Owner is a user who holds administrative privileges. This user is empowered with the responsibility of managing default settings, managing users, and providing supervision for all teams.
Team ManagerOn DispatchOne, a team manager is a user with specific privileges, entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing orders, vehicles, riders, and dispatches for the teams they are affiliated with.
